Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve store operations and customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring merchandise presentation and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and promote a culture of belonging and high performance in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Open Door Policy, and ethics to protect customers, associates, and the business.
