Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy team in Lenexa, KS. This role supports the Store Manager in running the store, driving performance and building loyalty through service excellence.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and financials, and lead programs that improve operations while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. A flexible, full-time schedule is required to cover various shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in total leadership and operation of the CVS/pharmacy store.
• Manage sales, inventory and financials.
• Lead staffing, training and development of store team.
• Deliver excellent customer service leadership and loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with store crew and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Implement action plans for operational and service improvement.
