Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional service. You will supervise staff, manage sales and inventory, and align with the Store Manager on strategic actions to improve operations.

The role demands full-time availability with a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights, and weekends, and a commitment to safety and quality in all activities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews; supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew; effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner; support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank) and assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
