Job summary

L.L.Bean in Dedham, MA is seeking a Year-round/Full-time Store Team Leader of Operations to join our team. This role drives business results, directs team talent, supports the store leadership team and ensures delivery of the legendary L.L.Bean customer experience within an outdoor lifestyle concept retail store.

You’ll promote the brand values and lead by example—modeling safe behaviors, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence across stock, service, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, organized stock room and ensures safety standards.
• Manages inbound freight processing and completes shipments within 24 hours of delivery.
• Collaborates with leaders to replenish sales floor stock and push replenishment to the floor.
• Oversees returns processing and assigns proper quality codes per SOP.
• Executes store transfers and omni-channel processes (BOPIS, BOSFS, BISSO, phone) per guidelines.
• Adheres to loss prevention policies and maintains safe store operations.
• Serves as Safety contact as needed and models safe behaviors.
