You will work with the Store Manager to drive performance, manage shifts, control costs and inventory, resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensure food safety compliance, and support onboarding, training, and performance development in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts efficiently to ensure timely order preparation, delivery, and service while adapting to changing priorities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and analyze financial data to support store performance.
• Assist in inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control initiatives to optimize store resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies while promoting a culture of transparency.
• Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation to support team operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance store performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
