Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet sales goals and training.
• Support training of new team members and cross-training.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement and sales.
• Ensure product freshness, rotation, and dating compliance.
• Maintain food safety standards and safe operations.
• Lead tasks for ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display.
