Victoria's Secret in Miami Beach is seeking an Operations Supervisor who is a values-based leader supporting daily store execution and readiness. You will report to the Store Manager and guide back-of-house processes to keep inventory, cleanliness, safety, and compliance on track.

You will execute shipments, replenishment, and stock organization, maintain inventory accuracy, and escalate operational issues as needed.
