Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through a strong customer service focus. This role reports to the Store Manager and guides a store team with initiative and accountability to achieve planned outcomes.

As a member of the CVS/pharmacy leadership, you will oversee store operations, inventory and staffing, financial management, and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
