Qualificações

• Retail experience in footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation, and provide guidance to employees and customers.
• Maintain inventory awareness, monitor sales statistics and expenses to help profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote store services and merchandise.
