Job summary

CVS Health in Indiana is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, supervise the crew, manage inventory and finances, and build consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead scheduling, training, and development, align actions with store goals, and respond to urgent issues. The role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a typical pay range

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
