Job summary

Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. seeks a Key Holder to oversee store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers. The role includes opening/closing the store, protecting assets, and monitoring employee performance while delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist the management team in maintaining store conditions, quality, safety, sanitation programs and loss prevention. The position involves cash handling, records, and potentially interviewing assistance across

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Previous supervisory or training experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Direct and monitor day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Document complaints and take follow-up steps to correct the source of the complaint.
• Perform cashier duties when necessary and manage cash procedures.
