Lee’s Marketplace, Inc. is hiring for a Key Carrier/Closing Manager in Mountain Green, UT. The role leads store operations, opens and closes shifts, and serves as Manager-on-Duty when leadership is absent.

You will support receiving deliveries, merchandising, and guest service to ensure smooth guest experiences. The position emphasizes leadership, training, and building a strong team culture while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years retail experience preferred.
• Experience in managing inventory and controlling costs is helpful.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store according to procedures.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty in absence of Store Director.
• Support daily store operations including receiving deliveries and merchandising.
• Provide hands-on leadership across departments to meet goals.
• Ensure guest service standards and handle guest concerns promptly.
• Delegate tasks to ensure timely completion by department managers.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
