Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to direct daily store activities in the absence of leadership. You will manage shifts, supervise team members, handle customer service issues, and assist with front-end operations including cash handling and store reporting.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus, with flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of products and ability to train team members is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Company attendance, safety and performance records may be considered.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store per established procedures.
• Report on time to scheduled shifts and be prepared to work.
• Direct and monitor day-to-day activities of team members.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner; handle exchanges/refunds.
• Document complaints and follow up to resolve issues.
• Perform front-end cash handling, till prep, cash drops, and gift card sales/returns.
• Complete store reports and report to Store Manager.
• Carry out cashier duties when needed.
• Escalate employee issues to Store or District Manager.
• Receive vendor deliveries and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Stock merchandise and ensure health and safety standards.
• Follow emergency and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain store sanitation and complete sweep logs.
• Assist in hiring panels; no decision-making authority.
• Remain flexible for cross-department duties.
• Adhere to uniform dress code.
