Job summary

A leading Asian grocery store in Irvine, California, is seeking a Store Administration Head to oversee night shift operations and ensure high performance from store admin teams. The successful candidate will manage duties concerning store operations, customer service, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications

• 3 years or more relevant experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Some knowledge in controlling profit and loss, interpreting data and market information.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage store receiving performance to meet KPIs and standards.
• Assume responsibility as duty manager of night shift.
• Ensure store cleanliness and product display standards are met.

Skills

Verbal communication in English

Ability to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Knowledge in workplace health & safety

Basic to good computer skills in MS Office
