Savers, Inc. is opening a new store in Vienna, VA. The role oversees the overall management and direction of production, leading the production team across both the production room and sales floor.

You will ensure pricing accuracy, shop-ability, and merchandise utilization while aligning with company goals and core values. Responsibilities include staffing, training, supervising supervisors and team members, and maintaining a positive donor/customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail/store management experience or industrial management background.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and store direction to meet targets.
• Lead production and sales floor departments; manage staff.
• Maintain shop-ability and ensure positive customer/donor experience.
• Plan staffing, recruit, and train; coach and develop team.
