World Market in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead freight flow, drive sales and support daily store priorities. You will develop a high-performance team while upholding our brand, policies, and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight flow processes, visual execution standards, and stocking routines.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to plan freight processing.
• Support Loss Prevention policies and inventory management initiatives.
• Maintain stockroom organization and standards.
• Analyze business trends to identify opportunities and take action.
• Foster World Market culture and ensure safety training and accountability.
