World Market is opening a new store in Spokane Valley and seeks dynamic associates to join the team. You'll help customers have a fun shopping experience, share product knowledge, and process in-store and BOPIS purchases.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable culture.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation with customers.

Responsibilities

• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect item.
• Checkout customers in-store and fulfill buy online pickup in-store orders.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed.
