Job summary

Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to direct daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will supervise team members, oversee opening/closing, protect cash and property, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves front-end cash handling, reporting, and supporting cross-department tasks. A reliable, flexible candidate with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist a diverse customer base.
• Experience supervising a team is a plus.
• Basic math, cash handling, and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per established procedures.
• Manage day-to-day activities of team members.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve exchanges/refunds.
• Handle front-end duties: cash handling, till prep, gift cards.
• Assist in hiring panels and cross-department tasks.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
