Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Retail Associate (Store Clerk) to support daily store operations and create a positive shopping experience. The role includes cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers throughout the store.

The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. High school diploma and bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or grocery experience.
• Cash handling or POS experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tailor messaging to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register accurately following checkout procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address feedback.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time.
• Stock and rotate merchandise across departments (grocery, dairy, produce, etc.).
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing products.
• Maintain clean, safe store conditions (sales floor, restrooms, backroom).
• Manage entrance areas and retrieve shopping carts.
• Ensure proper signage, pricing, and displays.
