Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain all areas of the store to company standards.
• Direct supervisory responsibility for all hourly Team Members when Store Manager is absent.
