Job summary

Roses Express in Ashburn, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will help hire, train and develop staff, supervise daily activities, and assist the Store Manager with safeguarding assets and achieving company targets.

Responsibilities include opening/closing in the manager's absence, maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards, supporting freight flow, and ensuring sales floors are productive and welcoming for

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Flexible full- or part-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with overall store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures when Store Manager is absent.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor.
• Direct hourly Team Members when Store Manager is not on site.
• Assist with the receipt and return of merchandise and freight flow.
• Aim to meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Plan and implement directives from the Store Operations Weekly Bulletin.
