Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store operations, oversee freight and inventory processes, and coach team members for superior service. You will drive safety, standards, and compliant execution while supporting the Store Manager in daily planning and scheduling.

The role requires prior retail leadership experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately; strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

• Lead store operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee freight process, scheduling, and inventory accuracy.
