Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise store employees under Store Manager direction.
• Open and close the store as required, at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, and display setup.
• Maintain accurate inventory; manage damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Support planograms implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Provide coverage in Store Manager's absence as needed.
