Dollar Tree in Oak Grove, KY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop store associates. You will assist with merchandising, scheduling, inventory, and staff training while enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret and explain directives.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support ordering, damaged merchandise processing, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash; adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
