• Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment that complies with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, procedures, and performance initiatives.
• Train and onboard new team members on store operations, customer service standards, and company expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures to maintain product excellence.
• Analyze store performance metrics and contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals.
