Job summary

Circle K in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a full-time store associate to join our team. You will greet customers, process sales at the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized shop environment throughout your shift.

The role requires reliable attendance, basic math, and cash handling abilities. Prior retail experience is preferred; opportunities for growth exist within a supportive, team-driven store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to work with the equipment, tools and materials listed above.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Ability to perform the four (4) basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Ring up sales accurately at the cash register and handle payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping to brand standards.
• Restock and rotate merchandise; ensure pricing is visible.
• Monitor cash, inventory and shift reports; report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Coach and train staff; adjust duties to meet operational needs.
• Follow safety and security procedures; maintain a safe work environment.
• Attend job-related meetings and maintain reliable onsite attendance.
