Job summary

Circle K in Dublin, Ohio seeks a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service, handle cash, stock and merchandise, and maintain clean, safe store conditions. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and participate in accurate pricing and display tasks.

This full-time role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to work day or evening shifts while supporting merchandising and food service operations with a friendly, efficient team.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.
HS diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail store or food service work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
Ability to operate a variety of equipment including cash registers.

Responsibilities

Ensure grocery deliveries are accurate, stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve routine concerns.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist with training new associates.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
