Job summary

StarTouch One is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, partner leadership, and ensuring a standout Starbucks Experience for customers and team members. You will help supervise shifts, coach partners, and maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety across a busy Miami location.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience (retail or restaurant)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
