Job summary

StarTouch One, a Starbucks Licensee, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and partner leadership. You will help supervise shifts, coach partners, and ensure a welcoming Starbucks Experience for customers and team members.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, focusing on service quality, safety, and efficient store performance. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture in South Florida locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
