Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations and partner leadership. This role helps supervise shifts, coach partners, and ensure an exceptional Starbucks Experience for customers and team members.

We are a Starbucks Licensee operating multiple locations across South Florida. This role offers opportunities for advancement, a competitive salary, and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail or restaurant).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
