Qualifications

• Education level required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four or more years of retail experience required.
• Retail grocery experience preferred.
• Proficient customer service and supervisory skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations in the absence of the Store Director and ASD.
• Supervise employees and handle customer complaints.
• Coordinate hiring needs and candidate interviews.
• Train new employees and ensure safety culture.
• Direct late shift operations and merchandising.
