• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Assist in payroll administration and scheduling compliance.
• Lead recruiting, training and development of non-exempt Associates.
• Maintain safety standards and facilitate monthly safety meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service at registers and service desks.
