Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Saint Augustine, FL to support store operations, drive customer service, and develop the store team. You will oversee day-to-day functions, organize merchandise transfers from delivery to floor, and ensure seasonal displays meet standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, training Store Associates, maintaining a clean, well-stocked store, and safeguarding company assets while delivering a positive, safe customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
