• Appropriate ordering, prevent stockouts, manage loss prevention and inventory control.
• Execute sales plans, merchandise organization and replenishment management.
• Monitor sales goals, basket counts, shrink, and turnover days.
• Manage cash float and secure money handling.
• Organize forms, documents, manuals, files and records.
• Oversee store equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain store security and tidiness per guidelines.
