Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an Administrator, Store Operations to provide administrative and operational support across retail stores, ensuring a premium customer experience. You will coordinate lens orders, support store systems, and help implement operational initiatives.

With at least 2 years of high-end customer service, you will maintain inventories, assist with store openings, and collaborate with accounting on refunds and deposits. Luxury eyewear knowledge and SAP/Kronos skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of high-end customer service experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Kronos preferred.
• Bachelor's degree desirable; equivalent work experience considered.
• Knowledge of luxury optical or eyewear products preferred.
• Strong organization and time management; confidentiality.
• Microsoft Office skills; ability to lift 10–15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom lens replacement requests, track order progress, troubleshoot issues, and monitor stock lens inventory and replenishment.
• Support retail stores with supplier and distribution center requests, including orders for lenses, warranty items, spare parts, and accessories.
• Maintain catalogs of office and operational supplies, enter store orders, report inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with new store openings, process initiatives, and system improvements.
• Review missing deposit reports and follow up with stores; troubleshoot delayed customer refunds with accounting.
• Support stores with SAP, Kronos, and store systems, orders, and shipment tracking.
