Job summary

Tiffany & Co is seeking an Operations Professional for the NorthPark store. You will ensure excellent client service, efficient order fulfillment, and accurate inventory management, collaborating with client advisors, store management, and corporate teams.

The role is hands‑on, detail oriented, and focused on delivering the Tiffany brand standard in every interaction and process. This position requires flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to perform varied daily tasks.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College or university degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers with attention to brand standards.
• Clean and care for jewelry, accept repairs, and manage related service tasks.
• Supervise and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Support client interactions via phone and e-mail and partner with Client Advisors to generate sales opportunities.
• Implement operational procedures, act on NPS feedback, and seek continuous process improvements to elevate the client experience.
