Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Professional to be a key back-of-house contributor, driving efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and a seamless client experience.

You will work closely with client advisors, management, and corporate partners to deliver exceptional service, respond to requests promptly, and uphold Tiffany brand standards.

The role supports growth within Operations and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and an adaptable approach to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail operations experience with merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to connect with Tiffany clients and work as a brand ambassador.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with client advisors, management and corporate partners to respond quickly to requests.
• Elevate in-store experiences and deliver the Tiffany Touch during client interactions.
• Support store operations to improve efficiency and generate sales opportunities.
