GARAGE in Miami is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory movement, and process shipments to ensure the floor stays full and inviting for customers.

From online orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that motivates customers to return. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure operations run smoothly and contribute to a high-energy team that fuels the brand’s movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities
