Job summary

GARAGE is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store stocked and running smoothly. You will own the stockroom, process shipments, and ensure shelves stay full and inviting.

From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Your role requires attention to detail, a proactive team mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you power the customer experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and inventory movement to keep floor stocked and presentable.
• Process shipments and support store operations from back of house to floor.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from E-comm orders to markdowns.
• Help maintain store flow and drive the team’s success.
