Job summary

GARAGE is hiring an Operations Associate in San Diego to keep the store running smoothly. You will own the stockroom, move inventory efficiently, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and engaging for customers daily.

You’ll support both in-store activities and E-comm orders, with an emphasis on accuracy, speed, and a customer-first mindset. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 6+ months stockroom/inventory or back-of-house retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Proactive teamwork and ownership mindset are valued.
• Customer-first approach powers the in-store experience.
• Social media savvy and basic tech skills are a plus.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
