Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's Garage stores are seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and appealing for customers.

From online orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless shopping experience and be an essential part of the team, contributing to growth, energy, and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and keep inventory moving.
• Process shipments and ensure the floor stays full and fresh.
• Support E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience.
• Back-end operations contribute to the store’s overall success.
