Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, writing & time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience in Store Operations by learning how retail teams drive results through operational efficiency, customer service excellence, inventory management, and collaboration across departments
• Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business
• Assist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's Pillars
• Engage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business
• Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to- day task to gain insight on the departments process
• Present Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders
• Receive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path
• Participate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world
