Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Director to lead guest relations and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy store. This role focuses on delivering Ultimate Service and ensuring safe, profitable store performance in coordination with the Store Director.

You will supervise staff, prepare work schedules, communicate across departments, forecast sales and labor needs, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in store management or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push and pull up to 100 lbs, and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests.
• Maintain atmosphere, spirit, and morale across the store.
• Coordinate communication across departments and to the Director.
• Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the store.
• Assist with implementation of programs and directives.
