Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, front-end duties, freight, and customer service across sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a well-stocked, inviting store.

This seasonal, part-time role requires flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays). A high school diploma is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail are essential to deliver a positive shopping

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates a positive attitude and follows policies to support store operations.
Provides exceptional customer service in a customer-focused environment.
Works with team members and leadership to achieve store goals and deliver a positive experience.
Performs cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
Processes freight, stocks, and replenishes merchandise per merchandising guidelines.
Performs housekeeping and stockroom responsibilities as assigned.
Supports inventory accuracy, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
