Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and guidance to implement business solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and drive customer experience initiatives.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and recognize performance.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support the Open Door Policy across store operations.
