Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep merchandise stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics and compliance. A detail-oriented team player who follows procedures will thrive with us.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and assisting guests with a friendly, efficient service approach. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable growth and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
