Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence and a seamless guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in performance metrics.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and following procedures while adapting to a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboards and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s standards.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
