Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, ensure products are stocked, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with the Merchandise and Operations Managers to meet performance goals, handle shipments, and maintain store standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked fixtures and merchandise for sale.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance, people, and process.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Process shipments and replenishment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices.
