Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Dallas seeks a Task Associate to support store operations, keep merchandise stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor. You will help the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager meet performance goals by following procedures and delivering exceptional guest service.

This role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and timely completion of all operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
