This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to Ulta Beauty’s policies while contributing to sales goals and inventory accuracy. Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals with tasks completed as planned and product available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
